Cherry Blossom Festival

This Morning we went down to the National Cherry Blossom Festival. It was so incredibly beautiful. Below are about a million pictures.....

The National Cherry Blossom Festival annually commemorates the 1912 gift to the city of Washington of 3,000 cherry trees from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo to enhance the growing friendship between the United States and Japan and celebrate the continued close relationship between our two peoples.

Are you serious? Does that man have his CAT on a leash? YES YES he does!

That's incredibly beautiful! I can see why so many gather together to enjoy this special occasion. I'm so glad you've made this a yearly tradition.
